Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy

1. Prohibited Use

Users must not use Online Academy Mall for:

• Fraud, identity theft or payment fraud.
• Harassment, abuse, bullying or threats.
• Illegal activities.
• Unauthorised access, hacking or distributing malicious software.
• Uploading prohibited, explicit or harmful content.
• Circumventing platform payment systems.

2. Respectful Conduct

All users — learners, parents, teachers and sellers — must communicate respectfully. Lessons with minors must follow the Child Safety policy.

3. Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Removal of content.
• Investigation and referral to appropriate authorities where required.
