Refund Policy

1. Course Refunds

Refund requests for courses must be made within 7 days of enrollment. A refund is subject to approval based on the amount of course content consumed.

Product returns and refunds are handled by the respective vendor. Online Academy Mall will facilitate communication between buyer and vendor.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Teachers may cancel for the next billing cycle.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Paystack within 5-10 business days.
