Marketplace Seller Terms

1. Application & Approval

Sellers must apply before receiving an active seller dashboard. Applications begin as Pending Review, and only approved sellers may sell products through the marketplace.

2. Seller Information

• Business/shop name, logo and description.
• WhatsApp/mobile number and business address.
• ID documentation and proof of address where required.
• Bank details and a bank confirmation letter.

3. Seller Responsibilities

• Accurate product information, pricing and stock.
• Order fulfilment and customer communication.
• Returns and refunds where applicable.
• Legal compliance and accurate business information.
• No unlawful, counterfeit, dangerous or prohibited products.

4. Product Limit

Each seller may initially list a maximum of 100 products.

5. Payments & Commission

Marketplace payments are processed through the platform payment system. Every order is linked to the seller’s unique Seller ID. Sellers receive 90% of each sale and Online Academy Mall retains 10%, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Suspension

Online Academy Mall may suspend or remove a shop for breaches of these terms, customer complaints, or unlawful activity.
